Permanently delete your account

After your phone number is verified with an OTP, deletion is completed immediately and cannot be undone.

Phone number and email address
Date of birth, identity and address details
Device push tokens and personal notification preferences

Records retained for the legal period

Your name and past service, financial, contract, warranty, report, related-file and commercial transaction records may be retained only for record integrity, legal obligations and the protection of legal rights, and only for the applicable legal period. Their direct link to your app login account is removed; when the retention basis expires, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

After deletion, the account cannot be restored and you will no longer be able to sign in.
